Bringing this to the top. Chase Bank keeps harping what a great bank they are. Well, the people they choose to represent them are the worst employees I have seen in my lifetime and customer service is negative 1 billion stars!!!
I wonder if the two scumbag 'females' still work at this dump.
Negative 1 million stars! Someone in fact should create these negative stars for just this type of NEGATIVE SERVICE. The Asian "customer service agent" at this location was AMAZINGLY RUDE, SO MUCH SO THAT SHE MADE MY DAUGHTER CRY!!!!! I'd love to show the b**** what it is to cry! SHAME ON HER AND HER WORTHLESS ILK!!! I don't remember her stupid name, nor the witch's "helper", also RUDE! I even contacted Chase about these two witches and as far as I know nothing was ever done, since they never contacted me back. I will NEVER put my money in this crappy bank and I suggest others don't either!!!!!

Chad from chase was completely amazing !!! Me & my fiancé went in to get a conjoined account & let me just say: beyond helpful & professional! He was such a knowledgeable guy, helping us set it up & giving us all the tips with the app. We are completely satisfied with our experience here !! We will definitely be back !

Hello new ? SU students!!!
This branch of Chase Bank ? is very good and has respectful dealings with students and customers in all banking services. I think it is more important to go and order 25 cent coins, which you will need badly if you want to wash your clothes ? You can also exchange any denomination of the dollar, especially the one dollar denomination ? Make sure to keep a good amount of this category at all times so you can use the bus ?

I went here to open a bank account. I did not have an appointment back then but the staff still accommodated me and processed my application. I just had to wait for an hour since there were other customers opening their accounts.

Service is terrible. An the employee Brenda is utterly incompetent. I'd say I won't come in anymore but who are we kidding of course I will, I'll just do so 6 minutes before closing and do a wire transfer as often as possible from now on.

Do not recommend this branch. They scheduled me an appointment in the morning. But when I came there the office was closed. I was waiting for an hour and went back home. I was very disappointed.

Awful customer service. Tellers just ignore you when you walk in. Told me I needed an appointment to open a checking account even though all of the employees were sitting at their desks watching YouTube videos. They told me to open a checking account online which doesn't work even though I have accounts at several other large banks. Go somewhere else.

Horrible customer care!!! Visited to apply for credit card, I was asked to apply online but I wanted to apply in person which she didnt like for some reason. Then i was waiting for the agent, she comes to me and says very rudely to come again. I will never visit this branch again.

Friendly to international students! The first U.S. bank for most international students. I am learning to book a cultural place for the first time. Appointment can greatly improve the quality of service you enjoy and help shorten waiting time.

This bank is such a pain in the butt to get into that I have no idea why it is even there. On top of that what drives me crazy is that there's stupid ATM tends to break all the time and for no reason whatsoever. Today I waited in line for 10 minutes behind somebody doing a whole bunch of nonsense and when I pull up the ATM said sorry this isn't working. Then when you go to leave don't think that you can go back into the bank to get your business done, oh no it exit onto a one-way. You have to fully circle around the entire freaking block to get back to the bank to be able to get inside. Whoever designed this location was an engineering amateur at the finest level. I highly recommend never coming to this particular branch, as a matter of fact I highly recommend coming to chase at all as they are very very poor and having your back when you need it most. We intend to close all four of our accounts soon and the family will be closing their nine accounts.
