Only 3 stars, but this is not because of the staff. I've only had business with the tellers and they have always been great. Polite, friendly and accurate.But this bank is constantly understaffed. The last time I went, they had 2 tellers, 1 of which was doing both the drive through and an inside slot. He wasn't fast but I'd rather not have the person handling my money being in a rush, personally.Great location for me on the way to work, but they seriously need to do better scheduling for the tellers. I don't know if they are understaffed to save a buck or because they pay low, but either way, it's the 1 thing that keeps me from giving them anymore stars.

Why such (other) negative and dramatic reviews?!? The staff at this branch have always been very kind. Good service. Even with a little bit of humor. Never a single problem. It's also just a normal bank (how bad could it be, really!?): I put money in; when I come back, it's still there(!), I take it out. All good!

Very dissapointed with the costumer service i took my wife to get papers signed and notorized and they said they cant sign the papers because my wife doesnt speak english,i mentioned to the teller that i was able to translate and she said no,that if she dont speak english that they cant sign the papers....and thats called discrimination....but they are very fast to open a bank account to anyone that doesnt speak english i wont give this branch not even half of a star...

I worked for a bank years ago and I have never heard the crap they were talking. I unfortunately experienced a great loss when my spouse passed away in November. Due to this I was issued an insurance check for a high dollar amount. This check was written from a Chase Bank account. Naturally I took the check to Chase. Well after having me stand there for 5 minutes and then having to call over a supervisor. I was told that although it was a Chase Bank account check, they could not cash it they could only deposit it and wait for it to clear. Well I don't have a Chase Bank account. They wanted me make an appointment for the next day to open an account to deposit my check into. And this check still would have to be placed on hold. I know bs when I hear it. I have not and will not ever do business with them. I went and had my check taken care of that day, at another bank.

I used this financial institution in every city and state I've ever been to. It's availability and consistency along with great customer service is excellent.

We have been clients of Chase Bank for more than 49 years. We have an excellent record with them, we never had any delinquent issues or any bounced checks in 49 years. Both wife and I have credit scores over 800. We had several checks totaling $200,000 depositEd into our checking account. Chase acceptEd $140,000, but arbitrarily did not accept $40,000. When we inquired why Chase put a hold on the $40,000 they claimed they never received the $40,000, then they claimed a check totaling this amount would need to be held for 7 days, however, they had no problem immediately releasing a check totaling $140,000. When we went to the local branch located on route 57, Liverpool the branch manager was less then helpful, in fact she lied to us. My wife finally had to call customer service and after over an hour on hold she spoke to a supervisor. After reviewing our banking history with Chase she was very apologetic and stated Chase indeed had the $40,000 and it should have never been held. In addition if the branch manager had done her job this would nothing had occurred. We have since terminated any and all our business with Chase. I will never recommend Chase Bank to anyone.

I feel like this review is "overdue" but if I can give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would!!! Last month I had a problem using the chase paybill app, I come in couple times to inquire about my issues and the staff who work there are extremely attentive, they show so much concern and spend couple hours trying to figure out my problem- the manager even went above and beyond to carry out follow up phone calls to make sure I receive my money back- Shout out to Samantha especially!!!! She is super patience and very friendly, I will definitely come to her in the future if I ever encounter any problem... or even just to chat with her about the cats ^^

COVID pandemic and customer was able to come in, make transactions, during a 5 min long dispute without anyone educating him, offering a mask, or asking him to leave UNTIL I informed customer service that a customer had no mask and being serviced, putting us all at risk. The teller had her mask with nose uncovered! The customer service rep took the appropriate measures to give the patron a mask, including wiping the counter down, no help from teller. They also use paper slips and reuse pens at a dirty counter. Don’t recommend this location.
