  It’s unfortunate , I’ve been banking with them for over 15 years and I will be closing my account …. Their 1800 customer service SUCKS. I am currently on hold for over an hour. This is not the first time. TimeTo switch to a bank that has better customer service.

  Beware of the fees this bank charges! I had to cash a check that was written from one of THEIR accounts and got charged $7! I was told I could avoid the fee by opening an account there. No thank you if that’s their business practice!
