There should be an option for 0 stars. I have been coming here for many years and was absolutely taken advantage of and given the run around for 6months. They had my car in their shop for 3 separate days, all day. Each time I had to call and see if my car was done only to be told “the wrong part was ordered”. Constantly being told I’ll call you tomorrow or I’ll call you next week. Never calling me back, I would have to call them. Was told the part I needed was on back order. Touched base with them a few times only to find out the service manager who I had been working with was no longer there and apparently there was never even a part ordered for my car. While hearing of the shady business going on with my car I was also disclosed information (from the mechanic himself) about other vehicles that had been charged for parts that never got changed out or vehicles that had been sitting in the shop for MONTHS. I started this process on 5/7/2024 and on 11/21/2024 I spoke to yet another person looking to collect payment for a problem they never fixed. When I explained there was nothing I should be responsible for I was quickly told “I’ll look further into it and call you back”. I get a voicemail telling me they wouldn’t be helping me further to contact a dealership directly. Safe to say in his investigation he found other shady dealings and instead of being honest and trying to fix the mess his shop made he tells me to contact another shop.

Incompetent! I can not recommend this shop for any auto repairs. I paid CNY Auto of Syracuse NY (Alan Byer Auto Sales) $389.25 to replace spark plugs and ignition coils on my vehicle as part of my preventive maintenance program. As a direct result of their service, the vehicle started misfiring. I returned to the shop twice before they stated that they didn't know what the problem was and recommended another shop (yes they directed me to go to another shop). I had to pay the second shop hours of troubleshooting services to find that CNY had not actually replaced the coils that they charged me for and claimed that they had replaced. Additionally, I had to pay the second shop to replace my spark plugs and coils (the service that CNY was paid to perform). Final insult, CNY has not resolved this matter.

Walked in there unconfident and in a sticky situation, left with a great car at a great price. Working with Luke was incredible... the guy has nothing but respect for his clients and military personnel. It has been a real pleasure doing business with this dealership

I only had one issue with them as far as the car goes. But they did a good job compensating for it. They also have the best waiting room experience. If you gotta wait might as well have cable &good wifi.

I will never bring my infiniti to be serviced here again. This place is really inconsiderate to peoples safety and have no home training. My car still turns funny when driving and makes a weird noise. when i got it back there were and scratches and black stains all over my dashboard. I wonder if they treat there personal cars the same as their customers. Show respect to the customers thats keeping you in business. AVOID THIS PLACE.

They are great. I recommend them for all sort of mechanics. They have very friendly customer service. They welcome you with your name on your second visit. This is amazing.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I used to go here and really liked them. However, they messed up my oil change not once but TWICE leaving me stranded without a car (it had NO oil in it, leaked EVERYWHERE). When I talked with the manager about it he told me they "used non factory parts" which don't always fit to keep costs down. He wouldn't even refund me for the oil I had to put in my car a week after they changed it! Total rip off. Go somewhere where the people know what they're doing and spare yourself the headache, its not worth saving 20$.
