Like the Valley Plaza store, why does Tops hire the least-educated people they can find?
The self checkout machines always have issues. I try to check out, a female approaches as if I need assistance (I didn't), and says nothing; then, 3 more employees arrive, and say nothing. I am deaf in both ears, but I speak 6 languages. None of the employees opened their mouths. I wanted to get violent with them. They were extremely rude. This tells me to shop in Trader Joe's more, the employees are so kind, in that store. I don't have trouble in TJ's, the DeWitt Tops, or the Tops store in Camillus, Fairmount, even Fayetteville, only on Nottingham.

Great place perfect staff very organized
in a safe neighborhood with no carens coming it the staff are always engaged with the people coming it if they don't have something on the shelf and you tell them that it's not there they will go and get it and if they don't have it they will show you the closest thing to it or an alternative

They sell expired dairy product that gives u bad gut infections then refuses refund. They can’t change phone numbers and another customer retuned a turkey. Wonder what they can do. Avoid if u value your life!
