We have an office on the first floor of Commonspace, but frequently go upstairs to common space area. Both the people who work for Commonspace and those who rent out the space are so friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend for anyone who would like a space to get some work done, while also giving you a chance to be social with fellow workers!

I love working at Commonspace! I am a fully remote worker and going in a few days per week helps keep me sane. The staff are so friendly and helpful, its always clean and quiet, and seeing familiar, friendly faces really brightens my day.

The perfect spot for getting out of the house and being around people when you work remotely. There are so many different spaces for working: booths, standing desks, couches, desks, etc. Rooms for taking in person or virtual meetings. A kitchen. A lot of people rent offices here too, so there is a mix of regulars and drop ins. And Shauna who works there is wonderful and super helpful.

Working from home can has given me better work life balance but I found myself missing people and routine. Commonspace has been the perfect place to come a few days a week when I'm craving community and a change of scenery from my house (and all the distractions) and a reason to get dressed. I like this place so much I got a job here:)

We're a nonprofit civic art group. We've been members at Commonspace since 2016. It's a good space for our small team of part-time workers, interns and volunteers: affordable, well-furnished, flexible, supportive, and interactive. By "interactive," we mean conducive to networking, socializing, and discovering other innovative businesses. In addition to our daily work, we've held special events here, and we've participated in special events hosted by other members. Newcomers are usually impressed by the amenities and the friendly vibe.

I have been here for over 5 years, and have made some very great friendships along the way. Plus, being downtown again has allowed me to build stronger relationships with clients down here, and has helped me find new ones. If you are a small business owner, and sick of working from home.....this is your spot. When the pandemic hit, I was still considered an essential industry, finance and insurance. Commonspace was my saving grace. It was (still is) comfortable and clean (cleaner than my own home office fo' sho'!), and the building management team did everything they could to make the atmosphere safe and comfortable.

I love Commonspace and the mission! I have been a leasing both storefront and first floor spaces for over 4 years. The team is accomodating and I have a space that that truly fits the values of my business. Not to mention the sense of community with the entire Commonspace businesses.

I have been working at Commonspace since it's inception and I wouldn't have it any other way. The space is amazing and the people are awesome. Being a small business owner of SMV Recruiting, it has been great to work with like minded people, bounce ideas off of and network. Since being here, I have made placement with other members and have partnered with both Erie Insurance for my insurance needs and Priority IT for all my IT issues. I love working and supporting other start-ups, so it has been ideal for me. And, if you are not a start-up, but just want to work someplace other than your house, this is a great place with some many workspace options.

Great place to work! After working here for about 3 months I found that Commonspace Work compliments our company culture. We are a group of professionals that like to pause every once in awhile to socialize and explore what others do for work. Commonspace encourage and even coordinate networking events so everyone gets to know each other. Looking forward to working in this space more!

Easily Syracuse's best co-working arrangements. Clean, new, airy, well-lighted space in a bustling, growing downtown with both "hot desk" and numerous office options, Commonspace has something for everyone. Top notch individual and group work/meeting facilities. Excellent small perks like coffee/snacks/beer, exercise/lounge areas, and interesting people working in a variety of fields to interact with as you want. Parking nearby or just bike/bus to work from Syracuse neighborhoods! What more could you ask for? I've been working remotely for my Atlanta employer since 2015, and Commonspace has been a welcome respite from the home office and nomadic coffee shop existence. Check it out!
