Regardless of the device you use to monitor your account, the balance is never accurate. Deposits, checks and transactions are not clearing or showing up on their website accurately. Pending transactions may show on the list one minute, then you check again an hour later and those same transactions disappear entirely. Deposits aren't credited to your account when they're supposed to despite paying extra fees for instant transfers. I have taken many screenshots confirming this error and reported it several times, but nothing is being done. As a result of this error, it's impossible to keep track of which transactions clear on which date. This specific issue causes overdrafts to hit your account in which they charge $36 per paid item fee which is insanely ridiculous. In addition to that problem, the staff are also rude and make up excuses for their technical problems instead of admitting that their system is prehistoric and severely needs upgrading. I highly recommend you go to a different bank. Specifically a bank that doesn't charge overdraft fees or a bank that covers up to a certain amount before an overdraft fee is initiated.

They will call you and tell you the last 4 of a whole different person social you can tell them 6 times that it’s not you they will still call they won’t remove you from the call log no matter how many times you ask & the manager will also give the last 4 of a persons social !!

Kindly make it clear that address changes and debit card orders should not be completed on the same day. Your newer call center reps are not aware of this policy. It has been 90 days since I had a functional debit card. Try living in modern society without one.

Absolutely the worst bank I had a checking Account there because I also had a home mortgage there but since paid off and then they started taking $15 a month out of my check account with ZERO NOTICE it was 4 $15 charges before I noticed because I don’t use the account being out of state and they REFUSED TO CREDIT BACK WOW VERY UPSET. This was Lowville NY branch.

This is a corporate review...Why don't you have any offices open Saturdays in the Southern Tier? HUGE inconvenience when a customer needs more cash than your ATM will allow (Camper purchase)...and Saturday, Sunday and Monday are 1 business day, so no chance of getting more than 500 all weekend...It's as though you want people to leave. Saturdays are a big deal to the working class.

While I've been treated for terminal cancer over $10,000 was taken from my checking account at Community Bank NA. Though the fraud occurred through no action of my own, they blamed me, won’t pay more than half the money back, won’t apologize, and won’t even tell me how much was taken or how much they made right. Your money is not safe at this bank.

Tech support is great with resolving issues, but the online banking experience is less than ideal. With other banks, I find that navigating the website is intuitive, with easy to follow prompts. Every time I've logged in I have experienced severe website lag, time-outs, and errors, and setting up an external account with routine payments required me to have tech support hold my hand through the whole thing. Just feels needlessly complicated and not something I've experienced with other banks and credit unions.

Just an overall horrible company. They charge a daily fee (in ADDITION to the standard practice per transaction fee) for being in overdraft. Then when you ask them to cancel the debit card they refuse. The employees were also rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend. Find a good credit union or something—not only will the employees treat you better but you’ll earn higher interest on your balances. I’ve had relationships with probably half a dozen banks over the years and while they all charged per transactions fees not one of them charged a daily overdraft fee. With many banks now allowing you to pay off overdrafts within a day with NO penalty, and paying higher interest on your checking balance, there’s really no reason to bank here anymore. Bye bye.

I went to make a deposit at the ATM.put in my pin and selected an envelope so I went and filled it out put my stuff in it and turned to deposit it so took 2 minutes and locked me out took my card for security.are you kidding me.security for a deposit .so now I've got to go fill out a form loose money because I have to leave work early to get my card back.so I guess it's my fault for using the ATM.and of course they won't fix it and it will happen again to someone else.

I was trying to bank online when I was having password trouble, so I go to the help section and put in my credentials. Another error message came up, so I called the 800 number. They marched me through their menu, then when I get to the last one, they said they were closed. This is most absurd! Getting me to believe that I was going to be able to talk to some on why their online banking was failing, but to no avail. I have half a mind to drive my Magitek Armor through this place!

Their online payment system for loans is one of the most painful things I've had to use. It won't save my bank info and it won't let me copy and paste my routing and account number. Its 2020, get your system up to date.

Should have never called this bank to do a simple transfer. They aren't reliable . they are awful
