The providers are always super helpful, you can get in to see someone very quickly, and the billing department is also lovely and very helpful! The call center is really hard to speak to anyone, but using the portal is seamless and a lot easier for non-emergent matters. The providers have been switching quite a bit lately which makes it hard to have a set pcp, but the staff they do have are great.

My experience with Compassionate Family Medicine has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. This establishment is nothing short of a joke and sets a terrible example for a business in the health sector.I attempted to contact their customer service by phone, and after waiting for what felt like an eternity, their automated system offered me a call back while ensuring I wouldn't lose my position in the queue. I reluctantly agreed to this, only to wait for an excruciating 30 minutes without receiving a call back. The automated system repeatedly claimed that I was next in line and would be answered in just 3 minutes, but these promises turned into a ridiculous 17-minute delay. This is absolutely unacceptable and frankly, a mockery of customer service.Finally, when their outsourced customer service representative did answer, she seemed disinterested and unhelpful. To make matters worse, she was eating during our conversation, which is completely unprofessional. Her heavy accent made communication difficult, and she showed no willingness to offer any assistance. Instead, she simply brushed me off and suggested I send an email. There was no gratitude or even a polite word exchanged.This level of service is utterly unacceptable and disrespectful to customers. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this location at all costs. Compassionate Family Medicine has a long way to go in living up to its name and providing the care and service that customers deserve.

Absolutely terrible. They keep giving too much people the same appointment time and every sitting there waiting forever.

They also don't do any scans when the Dr told my wife to go get scans! Ridiculous

The doctors might be wonderful professionals, but I wouldn't know as I didn't get to see any. I tried to schedule a physical, and they charged me $100 to take my history and then scheduled an appointment without asking me if it worked for my schedule.

I was referred here for a new employee physical. The front desk staff, nurses and the NP were friendly and efficient. I did not wait long at all!

It was great we were in and out in no time. The entrance from the road was hard to find I had to drive around the block and the back entrance was locked.

Never answer your call and takes weeks to get back from an email and it did not really answer you question. Worst communication I've ever experienced.

Service is really lousy. The call center is very bad. you have to wait several hours to get a hold of an operator . when you leave your name and number it takes several hours before they call you back. sometimes they don't call back at all. you have to wait to be seen when you already have a scheduled appointment for 2 hours or more They lose lab records so that you can't get your medications refilled when you have a life threatening condition. staff there are very rude and don't care about their patients. I would not recommend them. I wish i could give o stars.

This place is a joke!!! I'm a new patient..I can't even get threw to make an appointment. My first visit I needed a clean mask and waited just inside the door to get one on immediately. Instead I was snapped at and told i needed a mask witch i was waiting for. Very rude and uncomfortable first visit...pretty sure I will be changing primary if the rudeness continues.

I would give this place negative 10 stars ... They never answer calls or return messages ... When a patient is sick they do not accommodate visits ... Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Please do not go here for medical care you will not be taken serious .

Trying to get a prescription refill is a nightmare. I have epilepsy and missing medicine is a pretty big deal. Can say without exaggeration this place has put my life in jeopardy because for some reason they can’t fill a prescription.This place does not care. I’m not a patient anymore. Do yourself a favor and stay away

Have to harass them to get a prescription refilled. Have to call 3+ times before they do anything for you at all. Absolutely terrible practice and do not care for well being of their patients.

Being a new patient, I arrived right at the time my daughters appointment was. The receptionist were very kind and professional. We were called back as soon as I found a seat to wait our turn. The Nurses we had had were very sweet and patient. My daughter was nervous being in a new environment. Her doctor was absolutely amazing with her! She told my daughter what she was doing before she did it! The professionalism was amazing!

This is horrible I got here at 830 and still didn’t see the doctor. It’s 11 am still ain’t been seen . The secretary sit behind the desk and talk bout patients and they business. Then when u go up to the glass and ask them how long they have attitudes . So unprofessional.
