I bought my 2013 xt4 from a very pleasant gentleman Ashley at Crest August of 2025. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. I just brought it in for a new push button starter. Of course crest happens to be down a machanic which kept my car there longer than usual but having a warranty helped me keep my visit at a lower price. Although, just having bulbs put in the handles and lowest point in back bottom of car were way too exspensive to have done I was disappointed but my car is running and after not having to use my car for two in a half weeks I had an appointment coming up in which they kept up until that date. I’d rather deal with the men directly fixing my car and not the female secretary in that area. Overall it was ok for that visit.

This is the 4th auto we purchased at Crest Cadillac. John Fanto is absolutely wonderful and he takes the stress out of car buying. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Crest as its the only dealership in my opinion to do business with.
