The employee working with the manager this morning unfortunately had absolutely no clue how too do her job I thought that they were supposed too go through extensive training because she ended up canceling a 2nd cellphone line of mine when I still wanted it for another month...!If possible I would have given her A COMPLETE RATING OF ZERO STARS and honestly that might be too many...!Sincerely Jeffrey Hanaman

Their customer service representative / assistant store manager AKAIRA, is the most caring agent that I've ever dealt with either in person or on the phone...! She definitely without a doubt goes above & beyond for each and every customer that she deals with..! ?❤️

I needed to get a new phone for my son's birthday! I'm often used to hurried, uninformed service -especially on a Sunday afternoon. Ben answered the phone calmly, answered all my questions and gave me hope that all would be fine. When we got to the store he was there to greet us as well as referencing our earlier call. He was great with my son and getting us fully set up. A fantastic experience all the way around and giving us his business card was a great added touch! TY Brian & Holden

The assistant manager sold me a speaker for $499. I get it home and I'm trying to turn on the led lights and nothing. Call the store and the assistant manager said she forgot a customer kick the speaker while being angry. She doesn't know when they will get a new speaker to swap it out and they can't give me a discount on my phone plan. When asked why would she sell it at full price if it was broken she forgot I was broken. So I'm stuck with a broken speaker n it's nothing they can do except give me discounted accessories!!!

Cricket Wireless does not apply the 30acp credit. They refuse to credit my account. Although cricket states they have received the acp discount I am still being charged 55 dollars a month. Most of the customer service representatives are extremely rude. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and the ACP benefits representatives. Cricket is basically stealing government money as far as I am concerned. Actually there are zero stars. Cricket sucks people.

I went because I got a text saying they're discontinuing 3G and I can get an upgrade for free. Well that didn't happen. I ended up paying for the upgrade. It's ok though however that is false advertising if I ask me. However customer service was amazing.

The girl who helped me today they call her T she was super very polite and friendly and she helped out with all my needs and all those that came in without making me wait. 5 stars to her but customer service sucks on helping you fix issues on their service

I do not remember their names but the big dude and girl that were working last week were both very helpful, went in to pay the phone bill and they explained to me how I was up for upgrade got a brand new Samsung 32 with a nice case and they also saving me money on bill putting my card on the website. AND got HBO movies on my phone, didn’t know I even had that! Store was busy. Best cricket store, will be back.
