Yesterday morning i went there to have my cellphone reopened after applying a password by mistake, the guy name was jesse or john he warned me he had to do a factory reset and i might lose all contacts and apps, but he opened it with factory reset, and all apps contacts and everything came back. nice pleasant guy very professional.

Great in-store customer service. Worst internet data in the country. Literally spent 2 minutes waiting for this page to load. How can you charge so much for bargain phones and internet and then it runs like dial-up America online 1.0. Actually I think even that was faster. I called and they said a tower near me was scheduled for repair 2 weeks ago. Tell us anything right? Because if that were true, your employee wouldn't be allowed to divulge that info to a customer. Standard practice. To admitting a lesser evil is always a lie. Thanks. Ill not be paying for next month. Maybe metro has better service...

Shout out to Tamia and Chris the big dogs lol!! Both had great customer service my service kept shutting off and Tamia got it resolved the first time. Again service got disconnected went and spoke with Chris the next day, so helpful and such a cool guy. They definitely deserve a raise or bonus ☺️☺️. Great job Tamia and Chris you customer service goes a long way ❤️
