Busy practice. May need to go to Urgent care if they can't fit you in for sick visits.

Great experience with this practice so far. Danielle Ryan is my new primary care physician and she was wonderful. Facility is clean and organized too; very little wait. Only reason I’m not giving it five stars as the process to actually establish care as a new patient was brutal. Still, worth it in the end.

This is by far the worst doctor's office I have ever attended. The entire staff, including the doctor's, all behave as if they are more important than their patients. They are always rude, disrespectful, and arrogant towards their patients. Please, do not go to this office. They need to be shut down.

I had been a patient of Dr Stone for over 30 years. She was a wonderful and caring doctor that needed to retire and so I had the choice of a doctor in Crouse Medical Internist Associates office. I chose S. Alesna Sebang. She is a quiet and gentle woman who is very concerned with my weight. Prescribing first a diet pill and then a shot that was turned down by my insurance company. I also was put on Atorvastatin80 mg since I had a health issue that necessitated a high dose. Each appointment the cholesterol medicine was discussed for me to please lower it since I was aching all over and felt that it was the medication. Could we at least change the medication? No she said but there's a new weight loss medication we can try? After another few weeks I called to ask about it again and they wanted to give me Another appointment to talk to the doctor about it. Now I had been there a few times already and had discussed to no avail so I asked the nurse if she could talk to the doctor for me and ask if she could please change to Crestor. My husband had gone through the same thing when he took Atorvastatin. She said I'll call you back. The next day I received a phone call from the Nurse Manager. She told me that Dr Sabang was Discharging me from her practice! I had broken the patient/ provider relationship! For asking a question?? She said that I wasn't listening to her medical diagnoses and didn't accept her directions??? Can't we talk to our doctors anymore without a threat of discharging us from their practice?? Im discharged from all doctors at the Crouse Medical Practice including Endocrinology and Pulmonology too! Im sad and shocked by this terrible incident. Ive cried alot about it and now have begun the search for a new doctor that is taking new patients. Good luck to me! I sure do miss Dr Eileen Stone❤️

Dr. Saban took a lot of glee in telling my my weight despite the fact I begged them not to tell me unless I WAS healthy. I’m not. Now I have to go back to therapy for an eating disorder. She sure did look happy to make someone cry, and didn’t even react to seeing someone cry. Utter psychopath.

Had the best experience with Dr. Sadowitz and his team. He is extremely friendly and informative. The gallbladder surgery went well and recovery was not bad at all.Highly recommend him and Crouse for all your medical needs.

Had to change provider because of ins. My first visit from receptionist to nurse to Pa to imaging was friendly and very professional and no waiting. I look forward to my future care. They validate parking.

Something has changed with this practice. The last two years or so, it’s all about how quick they can get you in and out and billed. If you’re looking to fell like you’re not just another patient to bill, this organization isn’t it.

Unfortunately, for the past year or so I’ve been thrown around to two endocrinologists. Both left the office which I understand, but my last endocrinologist I had no idea left. I never received a phone call or a letter. I found out by attempting to refill a prescription. I then asked if I could see another endocrinologist in the office and I was told no. Thankfully my primary care office is handling a new referral and my medications for now.

I recently moved to Syracuse and scheduled with Crouse as a new patient (I just needed a new PCP). I had to wait 3-4 months for my appointment but that was fine and expected. Then, I got a letter saying they had rescheduled me to 2 months later from the original appointment. I called to request an appointment for sooner, and was told I could come in on the original date, during a different time slot. (Side note: the receptionist I spoke with was very rude, but nonetheless, I assumed she would be competent with her job.) The day of the appointment, I arrived and was informed that, although there were records of my call rescheduling the appointment back to the original date, the appointment itself had never been rescheduled. It had been left on the later date, and I would have to come back at that time (after I had already taken off of work for this appointment). The receptionists in the office were kind enough (in contrast to the person I spoke with on the phone), but just shrugged off their colleague’s mistake. Given the reviews from others here, coupled with my own experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I don’t want to put my health in this practice’s hands, no matter the quality of the doctors themselves (which I have no idea of, since I was never seen). It’s a bad look to mess up like this for a new patient and then take no accountability or action for it.

For the love of God if you can't meet the testing demands then allow people to schedule appointments!! It's a shame that my doc appointment lasted 15 minutes but I had to wait an hour and a half just to drop off a sample. No blood draws just dropping off a sample. Ridiculous

I don’t know why this group has such a low rating. My mom is 81 years old just moved back to NY and needed a doctor. This group is hands down amazing! Dr. Thandar listens to our concerns and when we ask for something she orders it within an hour. She calls us directly too. Not that I would ever mind talking to a nurse because they are amazing too but the fact that the Dr. calls to talk about bloodwork is amazing to me! I should also say she called at 7pm right before a holiday when most doctors can’t be found. Again the nurses are also so amazing and nice. They have all made my mom feel good and they don’t dismiss her feelings. We never wait for prescriptions to be filled and they coordinate with other specialists within days of being told you need to see them. Hands down this is the most professional and caring doctors office I’ve ever seen and I’m 47 years old. The office staff is polite and helpful as well. You can’t go wrong with this practice!

I have been going to this practice since 1978. It was the best internal medicine office in Syracuse. It still has great docs. But since Crouse took it over, the administration (e.g. telecommunications) is God-awful. I feel like I no longer have a pcp since I can’t get ahold of them or get answers. It’s a pity but it’s also infuriating.
