Had an issue with a check engine light that came on with our class A RV. We were in the Syracuse area in our travels from Alberta, Canada. Called Cummins in the morning and spoke to Logan who was able to get us an appointment later that morning. When we arrived we met Linda who took over receipt of our unit and recommended a great place to eat lunch until they could identify the problem. Linda called a little later and gave us an estimate of the cost to fix and said she would call us when it was ready. A few hours later Linda called back and gave us the great news that they were able to find the parts needed and our unit was ready to go and the price was way less than first thought. Absolutely great service on short notice. Was a pleasure to deal with Logan and Linda all the way through as well as the mechanic who did the work. Great people, went out of their way to take care of us and get us back on the road the same day. Thanks to all.

I brought 2016 winnabago Minnie Winnie in for my onan 4000ky governor service. Service tech Ryan replaced choke and carburator with genset removed from motorhome.Picked up motorhome after phone call that repairs were done. Started genset on location and all seemed fine. Headed out to campsite reservation with full hookups. Discovered burnt and pitted junction box inside shore power cable storage, obvious wire and conduit repairs, sloppy at best.My surge protector was missing from storage under my driver's seat and feared that it was stolen not to mention the possibility of a fire based on my discovery of electrical damage in shore power cable storage. I found my surge protector after searching for about 30 minutes. I called cummins and spoke to Linda and her boss and got the run around as to what happened,they did not call me about any problems in the repairs and denied any wrong doing even went as far as saying they never touched my surge protector. Very incompetent and deceitful service crew. I would give no starsI would not recommend this place for service

Very disappointed in the Truck service. Brought I truck in that was under load on Wednesday was told truck could possibly derate if run . Was told by two service writers that the truck would possibly come in Thursday morning if not Friday morning for repairs. Called at 2pm Friday to check on status and was told "They had problems and never brought the truck in".Now the truck that was scheduled to run would not be repaired for scheduled run. I asked why I wasn't notified so I could have taken to a different shop on Thursday or first thing Friday morning and was told "You can come pick it up"That doesn't work on a Friday at 2pm going into a holiday weekend.We lost 5 days due to poor communication and false promises.Zero follow up Zero apologies and a "Come pick it up "attitude speaks volumes

This review is for any RVers out there that need engine repair on a diesel pusher. Look no further than this place. We have added them to our ATeam! You couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable and patient team than here. We needed a new exhaust manifold and they took their time and got it done right.

Our camper van generator wouldn't start. Called and spoke to Alex. Very polite and very knowledgeable. Got us in right away. 7 business days later it was fixed good as new under warranty. What a class act. Thanks guys.

Awesome service! Broke down in our RV and had it towed to Cummins Sales and Service. They had electricity for us and we were able to spend the nite there. We didn't arrive until almost 5pm, Alex met us, got us hooked up, checked the engine for the problem and got parts ordered for delivery in the am, all before he went home. They had us back on the road the next day. What a great crew! All very helpful and friendly. And at a great price. Wish they were in our hometown.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Ended up here after stranded in our motorhome when the generator blew. Had to wait a week for a new generator. Tony allowed us to stay on site with hooking us up to electricity and we received the best customer service we've ever experienced. Not only was their price more than fair they were awesome human beings, even bringing us cookies one day :) To Tony and the whole crew if you're ever in California look us up! Thank you again for everything!
