Great experience working with Bill Bryan at Custom Logo USA on a shirt order for my new Hotshot Transportation company. This was my first order of many. He was patient with me as I reviewed the artwork and changed around some of the colors to get everything just the way I wanted it. Secure payment process, quality shirt options, great communication and quick shipping once my order was completed. I was most impressed that every time I called, a live person actually answered the phone. There's something to be said for that level of customer service in this day and age. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing! I highly reccomend Custom Logo USA, ask to work directly with Bill Bryan!

I can't believe Bill sent us a request for a review when he knows we are unhappy. It actually reinforces how bad he is at paying attention to details. We were a repeat customer, ordering basically the same shirts we ordered from him a few years back. Bill is not responsive to email, usually requiring at least one additional follow up to get a response on anything, including simple tracking numbers. In the end, he sent the wrong color shirts then tried to blame it on us saying we asked for that color. We sent him the string of emails that proves otherwise, asking for the correct shirts, with no response...that is, until he sends this request for a review. Well Bill, here ya go. Like the details of your orders, I'm sure you forgot you messed this up before asking us for a public opinion. We will be going elsewhere in the future. The two stars is because the shirts were received and they aren't terrible, just not matching all our other company shirts, which YOU had made and sent us.

Custom Logo did a fantastic job! Our logo has never looked better on apparel because they took the time to make sure all of the colors matched and also that it looked good on various types of fabric and clothing. We are very pleased also with the quality of product and variety from which to choose. They will be getting more business from us for sure!
