I originally had RX @ another CVS & had it transferred into this location @ W Genesee St.That was my mistake.I was there About 1wk ago & my RX is supposed to be a specific quantity amnt of meds. They only gave me 4days worth supply when imwas suppsed to have 30d. And that I only had 1 more refill which meant they only received an 8d RX which is odd by itself - you shouldn't need a computer to tell you this RX quantity needs fixed.This particular medication is advised to NOT stop abruptly & people need to be weaned off to avoid complications - *seizures & death* - are 2 of the many issues one could experience if meds aren't weaned appropriately!!!I spoke to TWO diff ladies that day & I specifically pointed out to them that I'd like for them to reach out to my Dr to get the correct quantity RX. They both agreed they would work to obtain it. Unfortunately I couldn't get ahold of my Dr as I knew pharma were going to not follow through.Spoke with Randy, Dec.02.23, who advised me to call the pharma that received the original RX, since their (CVS W Genesee) system didn't receive the correct RX quantity amount when it was transferred to them, & ascertain what happened & figure out the problem. Why ON EARTH would that be a patient's problem to figure out!?!?!? THAT IS AN ***INTERNAL*** (pharmacy store) ISSUE; NOT A PATIENT ISSUE! Since it's an INTERNAL (computer system) issue, why would I have to return every 4d to get this RX & why only 1 refill when I continuously need this for a chronic issue!? The other meds I use in conjunction with this med have many refills remaining yet this one has 1 refill. Because of their stupid system.. BUT here's the kicker: I transferred both the 2 other meds into this store @ the same x & they've supplied me w the correct 30d for both those 2 meds so how this ONE particular med quantity got so messed up 3 diff x is beyond me. Sounds like they need a better system.This is NOT the 1st x I've had this issue with particular location with this particular medicine. It happened 2 other x's before. No, its not an opioid so there shouldn't be this much trouble for this medication.But for Randy to tell me I need to figure out what happened & let them know is crazy stupid. Put your thinking cap on, Randy. Even if I learned what happened, why should I report back to you when you could've done the work yourself? Lazy much? Sure, the benefit to me would be I get my meds .. OR .. they can figure out why their system is failing & fix it!AND they need an actual human receptionist qualified in HIPPA standards because their leaving a message system DOES NOT WORK!!! It's awful!!! And I don't want my voice, name & birthday on your computerized voice system for your system to be hacked!!!

This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to or dealt with in my entire life. There is a problem almost every single month getting my mother's prescriptions. They say they call you which is a flat out lie because there's no calls on your phone and there's no voicemails which they say they left. Got to wait multiple days for them to get your medication in stock and then when the holiday passes and you can finally call them their system is down and you got to wait at least 4 hours? I have never been to such a disorganized, poorly run, and poorly staffed pharmacy.
