One of the worse experiences as an owner of multiple businesses.Horrible customer service, poor communication, and our books were a mess.We are in January of 2023 and one of our businesses has not been reconciled since June of 2022.Other issues included wrong entries, double or triple entries, revenue being completely off.Each time we would reach out….nothing. No response to text, email or phone calls. Very unprofessional.Horrible experience all the way around.
