The place gives excellent repairs and very nice. The gentleman goes waaaaay above and beyond. He fix shoes the next day for almost half of other places charging. He tell you upfront if he can’t fix something. He spends hundreds of hours fixing shoes to give away to homeless people and anyone that needs pair. The think the man is the best in syracuse funny kind honest and sweet. The craftsman made old worn heel and old looking shoes amazing. He knows much about the old time downtown. The community love him and think he should be put up for sainthood. Highly recommended 10/10.
Coach purse needed a strap, I lost the original. Ralph was so inviting and friendly. Explained what I would like, we came up with a great fix. Black leather! Easy store to find and lucked out with parking, right in front. Very reasonable price, a couple days for pick up. Thank you Ralph.
