Terrible customer service - I manage a store for Sherwin-Williams Paints. This is the absolute opposite of how you treat any customer walking. No greeting. No personal service to help you find what you’re looking nor is there any initiative to help with questions. Poorly run management. I’ve been to this location on a number on occasions. With my family as well. Every time I come in - there’s always someone from staff watching me or make believing they need to grab an item “for the sake of stealing right”. Public knowledge for anywhere (dealing w/ customer service) if someone steals an item let them go - nobody is replaceable like any products being sold. Now this is not to justify theft. I’m a firm believer that theft is wrong. This place is miserable like its staff, like it’s mediocrity for service, like it’s prejudice against diverse groups of people.

Very rude sales associate accused of stealing and called police on me so embarrassing that I had to deal with this today poor manager skills and refused to give her name when asked I will be filing for a law suit this employee should be fired for the way I was treated today

This location sucks they have no consistent hours of operation, they put up handwritten closed signs during the middle of the day whenever they feel like, and they close the store completely at random times every day sometimes even before 5:30PM.

Closed ALL THE TIME even when they're open there is rarely somebody inside working the cash register. I have left money on the counter for items multiple times and I've seen people straight walk out with free stuff because there's nobody watching.

This place is terrible. They discriminated against me. They called the police to say I was stealing, when police looked on camera they saw the manager and the employees lied. Least to say, this place is terrible, with terrible people working there. Do not go here, do not give them business, they are terrible sabotaging people, who embarrassed me in front of my community for no reason, lied and discrimination.

Love the people! And I like to walk around and see what different things can be found from 1 shipment to the next. It's a cool place to have in the neighborhood.

One of the many great places in Lakeland. I am a frequent shopper at this particular location. Its a mini grocery store around the corner from home. For the size of the building, it packs a huge punch of inventory. There is so much going on it is hard to not grab from every shelf. The store is not at all dirty, very well kept up on maintenance. Parking lot is plenty big for the area, should be no troubles there.The staff here (only a few Ive met on my many visits) are great people and always seems to be smiling. That definitely counts for something.Anytime Ive gone here, shelves have been pretty full or packed full. Im sure some days wont have nearly the inventory but it seems to be filled more often than other places Ive been.If you need any last minute dinner items, dessert, light bulbs or medical supplies, they will have them here.
