If I had to choose a Dollar Tree to go to it would definitely be this one. Most Dollar trees are a mess, you can hardly walk through the aisles there's boxes everywhere things on the floor. But this Dollar Tree located in Baldwinsville New York is by far the most organized and cleaned Dollar Tree I've been to

At this convenient Dollar Tree location, expect to find a great variety of new items every week. Also, this store is better organized and cleaner than other Dollar Tree stores. Great place to pick up cleaning essentials, bath and beauty items, seasonal items, and food and beverages. Customer service is great, also there is a very close bus stop next door at Rite Aid. Easy to shop and go on your way for your day.

11-14-2023 Excellent customer service around 8:00PM from a young male worker with medium length black hair! 11-22-23 No hello or thank you from the female cashier. A male cashier is disgustingly rude to customers. It's the day before Thanksgiving and he shouted for no one to enter a particular check out. Then he said, I know ya'll here me! The line was about seven people long. 11-17-23 Oh Lord, A male cashier said I should have told him I wanted change for a dollar, even though I asked while paying him. Then I asked for my bag to be doubled, and he said, the Manager really doesn't like that! I actually had enough items for two bags. Then he said, I'm all set. I responded, What you are supposed to do is thank me for choosing your store to shop in. Then he said, you have a good one. He was complete nonsense! YUCK!!! Upon entering the store, the Manager was so polite and helpful! That cashier ruined a perfectly good shopping experience! I was actually buying socks and gift bags to give out to the homeless on Thanksgiving. I do not appreciate that cashier's behavior. And let's not forget the ununiformed security that followed me through several aisles, and I'm not a thief! 8-8-23 Zero stars. YUCK! A male employee had the nastiest attitude. Even my polite cashier was shocked that items were ringing up $5! It's the Dollar Tree. I didn't know they have $5 items! And why are they legally still called the Dollar Tree!

There is an assistant manager named James who works here. He is extremely rude to customers. I’ve observed this on so many occasions and it’s disgusting. Everyone else is very nice and helpful.

Service can be hit or miss while checking out as cashiers tend to be short, but the store has quality items at great prices that make it worth stopping.

He cashier I think is a Manager as well. Very nice and polite Man. We meet when I was working at my prior job near his store. Now we exchange pleasantries when we see each other.

You go into the dollar tree you expect things to be a dollar (1.25).They sell frozen food but are slick and don't list the price. For example, they sell Breakfast bowls but they when you get to the counter they charge 3 dollars (Not 1.25). And they sell shrimp but charge 5 dollars. Guy mumbled price and I gave him my card. Got back to my car, grabbed my reading glasses, and was shocked by the receipt. Immediately went back into the store and they wouldn't let me return frozen items sighting some law, but it's a lie. Grocery stores let you return frozen items if you have a receipt. I mean, I wasn't out of the store but one minute. Furthermore, one of the refrigerators where they are selling frozen items is warm, and the "frozen" food inside it is warm to the touch. Don't go here. You will get ripped off or food poisoning.

You can't ask for a better deal on the quality items that Dollar Tree has. They have everything from food items, movies, party supplies, auto supplies, etc. stocked and ready seven days a week. It's also a great place to work. Stop into a Dollar Tree near you today.

On some days the store is not as the others, and they might be missing some employees. But when they do they are very good.
