Went in on February 8, 2024 and bought a coffee while on layover from the bus station. Asked the worker if I could please use the restroom and wash my hands. He replied that the restroom was "down" and to walk down the street to Wendy's. Ten minutes later a white woman walked in asking to use the restroom, to which a worker walked over and unlocked it, letting her in. This infuriated me. I waited til she exited the restroom and walked in, there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the restroom..it was spotless clean and fully functioning. I asked the gentleman why he lied and denied allowing me to wash my hands but let the white lady use it. He became angry and loud, and said "No customers are allowed to use the restroom" but they let HER use it. Plus, that's not what he initially said, he said they were "down" / out of order. Furthermore, this is a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION because you cannot have a dining room restaurant without access to clean potable water. Customers need to be able to wash hands before dining, period. I feel like I was discriminated against, because of my gender and race.

Be prepped for long waits here. Even when in the drive through by yourself, it'll feel like an eternity getting your order. Even a simple coffee feels like it takes way longer than it should do.

The servers spoke like they just woke up and we're the most depressed people in the world and hated their jobs.This made the atmosphere feel heavy and dreary.The service was fast, but sandwich was sloppy and I'm not sure my bagel was toasted. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be. It tasted good, but bagel was hard and cold, and like I said sloppy.

So today I woke up and decided I wanted to grab some coffee because I was going to have a very busy day . Upon arriving at Dunkin’ Donuts on 2083 park st Syracuse ny .7am I proceeded to go through the drive through there was maybe 3 cars ahead of me , as I sat in line waiting for my order to be taken 2 cars jumped in front of me I assumed they were picking up because they hadn’t placed an order so I waited in line for approximately 15 minutes the line was not moving so I decided to go inside and see if I can just pay that way . As I got inside I could tell the energy was off I wasn’t greeted and everyone had attitudes I politely told the cashier that I ordered coffee and a donut in drive through but was sitting for a while and came in to see if I could pay . She proceeds to say with an attitude she needs a name or she can’t give me anything I let her know that the person who took my order never asked for a name . She then by passes me and takes everyone else’s order behind me . So I ask again if I can just pay for my order she gets mad and says she can’t give me anything without a name I told her if they had asked for a name I would’ve given it . At this point i can see my order sitting in drive through with the drive through lady . I told them one the order is right there can I pay and go they completely ignored me multiple times then the front cashier goes off and says I shouldn’t have said a mobile order . A mobile order never came out of my mouth I let her know she made a mistake and if she dosent like her job she should get a new one . Her coworker decided to chime in and tell me they don’t have to serve me and I can get out of there store . I told her to leave me alone and that I would be contacting corporate about how I was handled and treated . The lady in drive through took my card and paid for my order she knew what was going on although she didn’t say anything she ended up giving me my drink and donut . I know she didn’t want to risk her job over a simple mistake on her co workers behalf if she spoke out . After receiving my stuff I let them know I would be contacting hr corporate or whoever I have to about what I experienced. the 2 front cashiers laughed and stated they would still have there jobs so it dosent matter . I am extremely disappointed because I’ve never had an issue with that Dunkin’ Donuts and it’s usually my go to with it being a newer facility but they have definitely lost me as a customer after today I’m very disgusted and disappointed with the poor customer service I received .

I love that they have a separate line for mobile orders and I can skip the line.A year later from my original review just want to say you guys rock with the mobile app. I could be around the corner before I press submit and by the time I pull up it's always ready. Thank you so much!
