Overall, excellent service. My service provider, Dante, went out of his way to be super helpful. My vehicle was brought into the service area as soon as I arrived and I had my seasonal tires changed out in record time. Service was greatly appreciated!

Got tires from tire rack delivered to Mattydale store to get snows put on. Made appointment and first impression wasn’t great as I had to wait while standing to check in while guy was on the phone scheduling multiple cars to then tell me I could sit and following that came out to say I could be there for a few hours as they had call outs and limited staff, they got slammed by weather and were behind so I offered to reschedule. Got rescheduled for today and front desk guy apologized and made a note not to reschedule me as I never got service completed.
Went to my appointment today and was in and out quickly, Dante answered all of my questions and he was very informative and pleasant.
Overall this seems like it would be a bad first impression or review ,however, a little understanding goes a long way. Things happen and although it can affect your day, they were having an even more stressful one.
They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The local manager did an outstanding job fitting in my scheduled maintenance despite a disconnect with the on-line scheduling tool. Corporate needs to better support the local managers.

I recently bought a new set of snow tires from Dunn Tire in Mattydale for my wife’s car. The very next day, one of the front tires went flat and slipped off the rim. When I called the shop, the team immediately stepped up to help. My wife’s safety, especially with our child in the car and another baby on the way, is incredibly important to me, so I was relieved when they were able to get us in within an hour and replace the tire quickly. Every employee I interacted with was professional, helpful, and genuinely customer focused. Dante provided especially outstanding service, but truly, the whole group was impressive. It’s reassuring to know that when something goes wrong, this location stands behind its products and takes care of customers without hesitation. Highly recommend this Dunn Tire for their fast response and exceptional service.

I had a great experience swapping for the winter tires. I late to my appointment but they did work hard me fit me in. I was done in 30 mins. Will definitely come back.

Would you recommends a sign on the outside of the building so it’s easier to find.
