I only gave this place 2 cause of Cathy and Mark. There are 2 ladies in the front windows one with blonde bob the other blondish brown long hair. I didnt choose to put all my money in there due to them. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. I will not go over board and call them what I really want. But their CS sucks. Like they see me and will keep on talking like im not there. Ive noticed several times people like me end up with Mark cause they take there fine enough not to get us. When I did get the short bob lady the looks would be terrible the whole vibe was bad. I was told not to go there but I have to see for myself. Guess what I did.

Worse Bank ever, had an account for years, and they keep adding hidden charges, they never answer the phone, literally I have been on the phone with them for half an hour and nothing. They have lied multiple times, I do not recommend it, specially if you speak a different languages, they say they have bi-lingual services, but are never available, trying to switch to have my car loan to a different bank and even that, they make it difficult....

Atm fees can get expensive as there are not that many ballpoint or empower atms in the area. But they are excellent if you are looking for a loan or debit card account.

I went to the credit union location in Baldwinsville to inform them my husband had just passed away. They stated they couldn't do anything without a death certificate. I said I'd be back the next day. The next day I looked at my account and the credit union took out all my money to pay off a car loan that had never had a late payment and from a person with perfect credit. And this was 4 days before Christmas and I have 4 kids. Incredible! They lied right to my face. Then they wouldn't give me the paperwork for the car so I could sell it, even though they just took my money to pay for it.

The office is too small without enough teller stations. ATM is in a crazy location. Computers are always down and balances are impossible to get when computers are down. ATM rarely accepts checks for deposit and puts on holds on everything. Office is not suitable to member needs.

Nice clean and efficient. Small drive through but no ATM. ATM located at Western Lights. All in all, a good new location.
