I have just ordered two rooms of Ethan Allen furniture and believe that I may order another piece. I have throughly enjoyed the process, everyone had been so patient with me. I was very upfrontv getqf a that I not have any decorating talent as what so ever. Their lead decorator Carolyn Sussman has been amazing and she has helped me to feel that my choices were the right ones for me. Every single person from the owner to the designers have made me feel welcome. Ariel is the best. She was courteous, patient and provided valuable insight. We ordered custom drapes. Ariel provided updates throughout the entire process. She even came to our home when the drapes were delivered to make sure they were installed properly. We will definitely be making more purchases from her.
