It's been a real pleasure working with Caroline! I appreciate the time she took to bring samples I had picked out at the showroom, bringing them to my home so I could check out how they looked with the furniture pieces already in the room, along with taking measurements. Working with an interior designer can feel intimidating, but Caroline made me feel totally at ease. She understands that people have sentimental items that need to stay in a room, even if they are not "Pinterest worthy" and she helped me pick put the fabric for our new sofa to pull the room together, and it looks fabulous! That is a very special quality for a designer to have, and Caroline has it! Thank you so much!The Ethan Allen Delivery Team were wonderful. We appreciated the phone call before they arrived too. Rafael and Ryan took the time and extra care to move all the new furniture into place.Thank you for all your hard work!

Caroline was a tremendous help to me from the moment I walked in. She immediately pulled out fabrics in the colors I was looking for. She knew the right questions to ask in order to guide us in selecting the best couch and chair. There were months in between my visits to the store, and Caroline remembered me each time I returned. To help with the final decisions, she came to our home to offer advice and suggestions. As we think about the next pieces to add to our living room, she continues to offer ideas. I would highly recommend her services. The couch and chair have arrived, and we are pleased with the look and quality of the furniture. Overall our experience was 5stars.

From start to finish, I can’t say enough about our experience with Ethan Allen!Working with Caroline and Ariel for our new living room furniture was a pleasure. They were very helpful in choosing the right pieces that met both my husband and my styles/wants.Caroline chose fabric samples for me to look at for each piece of furniture. It was almost like she read my mind ! She made fabric selection much easier than I had anticipated. Our furniture was delivered today, and we can’t be more pleased.Also, Ryan and Raphael provided excellent customer service delivering our furniture.They took their time to carefully bring all pieces into our home. Caroline was helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable at helping us select a new sofa and accent chairs. We were able to try out the different furniture styles and comfort levels and then select fabrics that work for us. Nothing but great things to say about our experience! After a year of being unable to decide on new furniture for our living room, Caroline Sussman saved the day! Within two hours we had finalized a decision on a new couch, swivel chair and carpet for our living room in coordinating upholstery. She quickly got to know us and our preferences and immediately began pulling textures and styles that fit our needs/tastes! When we needed to make some last minute changes before placing the order, she did it all with us over the phone on a Sunday afternoon. Incredibly grateful for her expertise & professionalism. HIGHLY recommend her for any decorating needs in your home!

Within 45 minutes of meeting Caroline Sussman, we had planned my new family room! Caroline seemed to understand my taste, style and vision so quickly. We chose fabrics and placed the order the following week! I couldn’t have asked for a more professional designer or a nicer person.

I had another beautiful experience with designer Caroline Sussman, she is energetic, enthusiastic and talented. She always meshes her vision with mine to bring total harmony in a room. The delivery service from Ryan and Raphael was also lovely, very polite and careful everything looked wonderful. I even loved how Raphael would make comments about things he liked and how the home felt special to him. Thank you Ethan Allen, you know I’ll be back!
