Somebody's having a bad day. Obnoxious guy behind the counter. I listened to him on the phone and he was condescending to that person and then when I asked him for something I got the same type of response. Kind of like he was doing me a favor by taking my package. I don't understand the attitude that people have in the retail establishments anymore. No greeting, no thank you. Just attitude.

The staff at this FedEx location are AWESOME!!! I am constantly going to this FedEx location to print my shipping labels or mail my packages off and every need I have is always met with such an attention to detail, genuine care, and exceptional service. I felt compelled to write this review because the staff is just amazing and I can’t thank them enough for all they do to make all their customers feel welcomed and ship and receive their packages with care!!! Thank you!!!

Daquan provided great customer service. He was polite, respectful, kind & patient. He got my packages out with the driver before he left. He answered all questions and was thorough. I really appreciated the service and saw him providing the same for every customer. The store is clean and well organized. The store is also well lit with ample parking.

My Mom went in today to ship me a package and whoever the man working, late 40s early 50s, was extremely rude to her. Anytime she asked a question he was sarcastic in a rude way when he responded.

I lost my receipt for a coat I was returning and asked if they could track the item without a tracking number. Victor went above and beyond my expectations. This is what he did for me: "I pulled up the video from the day you were at our store dropping off your Happy Returns package. The actual date you were here was 10/28, you walked in our store at 5:33pm. I watched the video through as Laydoris processed your return, scanned and put the items in our Happy Returns container. Our driver then scanned it and placed it in his truck. I pulled up the tracking numbers for the 2 containers we sent out that day and it shows they were delivered. I would contact Happy Returns again and provide them the 2 tracking numbers, that way they can sort through what they received. I would also go through your received emails from the 28th which is when you would have received the notification that we processed your return. He then provided the tracking numbers.Contacted the seller with this information and a refund was immediately posted to my account. The store is located on West Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13219.

We had a pretty good experience sending items here. I needed to send some items from Syracuse to Las Vegas where I live. I wanted to see how much sending some posters and a box of cooking materials would be. The guy working was very helpful and that's good enough for me. He helped me price things out, tell me how much it would be to ship and choose insurance options. Things were straight forward, easy, and we were in and out within 10 minutes.
