FedEx Ground is a reliable and comfortable hook-and-drop location. The process is smooth, with perfect parking and traffic that is never backed up. The facility is always clean, though it can sometimes be a little loud. For drivers, the guards and check-in staff are consistently nice, respectful, and treat drivers well. There is a driver lounge and showers, which is a big plus. As a workplace, many current and former employees highly recommend it. The management is described as amazing, helpful, joyful, and caring, with managers who would give the shirt off their backs to help. The other employees are also amazing people. It is a great place with great managers and employees you get along with, and nobody is worried about drama. The work is hard and fast-paced, requiring employees to be hard workers who put their all into the job. There are three shift options. Many people loved their job here, found the hours great, and always enjoyed going to work.

I recently had a heavy package delivered. The driver was extremely courteous and even helped my wife put it on some boxes in the garage. Keep up the good work!

I used to work here and I loved it had to quit bcuz of transportation but really set on going back ...love this place and the people...!!!

I work here. Always Perfect parking, love the staff. Sometimes can be a little loud, always clean and traffic is never backed up.
