They won't let me put zero stars so I guess they get one. Was supposed to have a package delivered a week ago. I have called twice to get it figured out. Was told it will be on the truck to be shipped to my house on both occasions. Called again today to get an update and they are sending it back to the shipper. Now why would you do that when I have been on the phone with them and verified where it needs to go. Every time I have anything shipped with FedEx it never goes well. I will for now on stop shopping with anyone that ships with FedEx.

This is a hook-and-drop location, and I come here every week. The guards and the check-in staff are always nice and respectful. They also have a driver lounge and showers, which is a big plus.
The process is smooth, and the people here consistently treat drivers well.
Overall: a reliable and comfortable place for regular drop and hook.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First day driver claimed no one was home and couldn't deliver package, which was a lie. I watched him at the end of my driveway just sitting in his truck, he didn't even get out of his truck. 2nd day i see him at the end of my driveway, i was getting my shoes on to go out and as i opened the door he just pulls off again! Not even attempting to come to my door, then i get a notification claiming poor weather was the reason he couldn't deliver. It was blue sky's and he was already at my house. I understand it's 70lbs and heavy but that's your damn job! Its now 4 days later and I still don't have my package! Filed a complaint was told someone would call me regarding that. They never did and then sent me and email stating the ticket was resolved, which it wasn't.

I recently had a heavy package delivered. The driver was extremely courteous and even helped my wife put it on some boxes in the garage. Keep up the good work!

This is one of the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. They favor the bad and don't reward the good. They have too many chiefs and not enough Indians so to speak. Some people go above and beyond and get pd the same amount as people who are lazy and just stand around watching everyone else work. A very high turnover rate....... nothing good to say. Stayed there 2.5 yes too long. Do not work here.

FedEx has said that my address is not deliverable. I told them the address was correct but to no avail!!!
