From my very first conversation with Sam, I knew I was dealing with professionals who take pride in their work. He was informative, transparent, and incredibly accommodating. Despite living four hours away, Sam made every step of the process seamless—coordinating with my local family members for a test drive, handling paperwork efficiently, and staying responsive throughout.
What impressed me most was their unwavering commitment to doing right by the customer. After purchasing the vehicle and discovering a post-sale concern, I reached out expecting little, given the “AS-IS” nature of the transaction. I had the best time experience with First Class. Eli, ELIIII woww the best! he was so helpful. All I have to do is inquire something and he’s on it! He always so soft and sweet. I honestly go to him for everything. He’s a hardworking man and gentleman. I’m so happy I came here to get my car. Although I got the car they are still there for me and help me thru personal things and look out. I feel like I have another set of family. Sammy is amazing too! He was the one that helped me and gave me different options. If I could recommend a place to get your first car come to FIRST CLASSS!!!! ask for Eli and Sammy. My car was well detailed by Malik! The workers here are also so amazing and helpful. Everyone here is welcoming. Thank you first class for this wonderful experience.

I would very much so recommend coming here for a used car. The process was very smooth and flawless and Eli was great taking care of me. There was a miscommunication in price as when I initially looked at the car that I purchased as he had got it on the lot very recently and I believed that I was told a price lower than what he planned on selling it to me for. Eli gave me a deal very close to the price that I had in my head and said that even though he won’t be making much of a profit at all he felt obligated to help me out because of the miscommunication . Great place and great people!

First Class Auto staff is very, very good. My son bought an SUV for a very fair price, its practically brand new and was out of town when I went there to ask a question about maintenance. The owners and service were beyond helpful. His car is prefect. Unless I stumble across a lucky great opportunity/seller in the next 6-12 months, I plan on going there to buy a good used car without a doubt. Rob S

You will not find a more honest car dealer. Eli and Sam both were extremely accommodating to me during the purchase of my vehicle. I was on the fence for a while, and took many trips back to them before I made my decision. They both remained patient and walked me through absolutely everything I needed to know. I highly recommend that you buy from them. I definitely will be again in the future.
