“Communication was perfect! I live several states away, but they kept me in the loop when severe weather hit. They offered to either bring the flowers to the location despite the storm, or arrange me a fresh bouquet and deliver it a day from the date. This entire exchange was clear, precise, and polite. It was obvious Saint Agnes' staff cared about the integrity of the bouquet and the overall receiver experience. I've never visited the store in-person, but they have my complete loyalty.(The flowers are stunning! No wilting and beautiful presentation!)”
