I needed a shop that specialized in older Mercedes and these were definitely the guys! My door check was broken and shops throughout the city had questionable responses when I called. These guys were professional, precise, and upon morning dropoff, was able to pick up that afternoon! VERY satisfied customer, and will definitely come back again!

Jeff Franklin, the owner of Franklin and Co., is smart and honest, and works to ensure that insurance companies pay to fix cars completely and with good parts. He has often taken a quick look at my cars without charge and sometimes done a quick fix for free. He once recommended I try a dent remover rather than pay him $500 to do a repair. I have used him for the past 17 years, ever since I moved to Syracuse from California. The car I bought in California did not have a rear-window defroster, and these are necessary equipment in Syracuse! A mechanic in California had my car in twice but could not figure out what wiring harness to buy to enable me to turn on the new rear window (with defroster). Jeff but actually spent 2-3 hours figuring it out (the parts manual was very unhelpful). But he had originally estimated it would only take 1 hour, so he only charged me for the 1 hour.
