Had a controller with a warranty give me problems and the team lead would refuse to be of any help whatsoever unless it was a controller replacement, which I didn't want because the quality was so low. Wound up having to go to the mall instead to get a refund which their team lead agreed is pathetic.

Worst experience I have ever had at a GameStop branch man behind the counter was rude had a another man wanting to argue and try to fight over me saying I was going to give them a bad review over a brand new game I was going to buy that they opened will never go back to this store location

Really poor service called prior to driving 35 minutes there and back to ensure I was not wasting me and my families time for the employee to say they did not have what I was looking for unbelievable and to then say it would take a week to get my warrantied item AND that I can not get a warranty on the new item GameStop is really starting to go down hill!

I have only been in here twice, but I had a fantastic experience both times. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and took good care of me above and beyond.

We purchased an Xbox one x used. We got to the car and decided to look real fast to make sure everything was there when I noticed the thick amount of dust covering the insides. So I took it back in, and she agreed it was unacceptable and used a blower to clean it. She then turned it on, and it made a bizarre sound. We agreed it was not an adequate device, and she made the calls to other stores to get me set up with another one. We were able to get it and have everything transferred successfully. I don't remember her name but she was pleasant and helpful.
