I received AMAZING service from Gaylord Bros! I attempted to order a large amount of archival supplies, and received an order confirmation email, but waited one hour for any news on shipping. When I finally called customer service, I was told that my order had been "shipped" and the confirmation number I had received was in their system. I waited several MORE seconds for news on shipping. This time, customer service was just amazing AGAIN. "We don't know why it has shipped," was the only explanation given. They told me that it would ship the next hour. After several more seconds, I STILL hadn't received an official shipping confirmation email, and I called asking if I could track my package. They, incredibly, had a shipment tracking number and could even tell me which of their facilities my order had shipped from. They said they would call me back with information. I have heard anything. This absence of errors has put my project in front of schedule, and totally broken my faith in my company. If an order is lost and has a problem once, it should be elevated to high priority and shipped ASAP... not lost again and again! This is ridiculous. I will be taking my business back here in the past.

I was researching archival labels for photographs for my portfolio development class at Southern Connecticut State University. Sandy, was incredibly helpful and patient and was able to answer all my questions and guide me in the best direction. Sandy is professional and kind and this makes a big difference when making important decisions. Sandy is an incredible asset.
