If you want your car in the shop for more than 2 month come here. Your estimate of completion is always being updated, and by updated I mean it’s constantly being delayed. False reports are given out every week. I strongly advise you choose another shop. Shannon was of no help, I’ve called multiple times to have a mechanic or someone call me back to give an update and not one call has been given.

Very good service. My car was done within two days. I had an excellent experience and car was very clean when picking it up. Thank you for your service. Should have took a picture before and after but just know my car looks brand new again. Thank you!

First time ever having body work done to a vehicle of mine since I’ve been driving over 18 + yrs never had an accident recently my brand new truck that I only had for a month was struck and needed to be worked on glad I chose gerber the reviews really helped a lot also in me making my decision to go with them as well , long story short my truck was in they’re care for almost two weeks very quick painless barely noticed I didn’t have my truck lol the guys there who took care of my truck went above and beyond even with me having a sound system in my trunk they took care of my system and even connected everything back like they found it great work 10/10 I will never hesitate to go there for anything thank you guys for taking care of me and my baby lol????????

I had to get my car fixed up after an accident and everyone at Gerber was incredibly kind and efficient. They handled all the insurance stuff so I didn’t have to worry about that and were so helpful and awesome!

I take no issue with the quality of their work, it has been excellent in the past. However, Their communication has been worthless and has cost me several hundred dollars.Here are the text messages which are pretty much all the communication that I received:Mar 8thWe have your car and will provide updatesMarch 26thWe expect your car will be done on the 4/17March 28thThe repair is underway and your car is on track for 4/17March 29thWe are over halfway and your car is on target for 4/17April 1stWe are on track for 4/17April 8thWe are nearing completionSo after 5 text messages telling me "we are on track" I get:April 12We are moving your date to 4-26I then hear nothing for 12 days and get:April 24thWe are moving your date to 4-30So as of this morning I am allgedly getting my car back 3 weeks after "they were nearing completion"I am a reasonable man, and I understand that circumstances change, and I even accept them just about doubling their price after the initial estimate as you don't really know until you get in there.However, the lack of anyone reaching out, or bothering to return my calls has been unacceptable. I could have made other arrangements than my rental, but now I will be eating several hundred dollars in additional rental fees as they just keep stringing me along telling me it is going to be done.I have zero faith that I will get my car back on the 30th, and I think just about any shop in the world would tell you this was nowhere near a two-month job, and they did have issues getting parts.Again, I have no qualms about their work, but if you need your car back in a timely fashion and want a shop that will keep you in the loop, go anywhere else.FOLLOW UP 5-9-2024Gerber has brought on a new manager who followed up about my problems. I am confident if he had a time machine and could go back and make sure everything was handled right, he would fire that bad boy up and make everything perfect.However, understanding that life moves in one direction, he did step up and got the corporate office to cover my additional rental expenses (over $1,000). That gesture is pretty much everything I could ask for after the fact, and more than I expected. I am impressed that they have done everything they could to make it right after things went off the rails. Despite how pissed off I was, now that all is said and done, I would go there again (assuming Tom Prairie is still the manager). Thanks Tom!As for my car itsel, the work was so good that I literally can't tell which side of my car was hit.

If you want to go to a business and be greeted at the front desk by someone whose attitude is "I hate my job" and asks you the same question robotically as if she does not know what else to ask, and then be screamed at for 30 minutes by a person who is an assistant manager (she says) who acts like she thinks you are deaf and mentally inferior to her, well, then this is the place for you. Sadly my insurance says they recommend this place because I will get 'express service'. Well, let us see what kind of express service I get with the auto workers strike.Services: Painting
