If you want to go to a business and be greeted at the front desk by someone whose attitude is "I hate my job" and asks you the same question robotically as if she does not know what else to ask, and then be screamed at for 30 minutes by a person who is an assistant manager (she says) who acts like she thinks you are deaf and mentally inferior to her, well, then this is the place for you. Sadly my insurance says they recommend this place because I will get 'express service'. Well, let us see what kind of express service I get with the auto workers strike.Services: Painting

Bumped a deer and they were the first in the area to have a body shop opening, even though it was an hour+ drive away from our home. Anna at the front desk was helpful in guiding us through the process. Took about two weeks.

They were terrible! I took my truck in for an insurance covered repair. My husband and myself let them know that there was a problem when we brake that we did not have prior to the accident as we purchased the truck in feb of this year and the incident happened in august had the repairs done October. Had been driving our other car until the truck could be brought in to get fixed. They did not fix the biggest issue which was the shaking of the truck when we brake. I explained multiple times that the truck was not running right and they said they sent it to their mechanic and the mechanic said there was no other issues that needed to be addressed. Also we dropped it off without a check engine light on received it back with a check engine light in which one of their employees tried to argue us down that the light was already on. Just to have a manager call us back not even an hour later and confirm that it indeed was NOT on when we dropped it off. We had to leave the truck another night for them to address this issue. So being that they kept saying there was nothing else to fix my husband took the truck to the place we purchased it from who has been the one we take it too for any other issues. They then informed my husband that the sway bar was completely broke and that this truck should not have been driven at all until that issue was addressed. They were able to see it without even taking the truck for a drive!! How Gerber collision missed that is beyond me! So now at this time we are stuck with a massive bill in order to fix the sway bar and still can not drive our truck and again are stuck paying for a rental car which insurance will not cover because they said that there was nothing else wrong with the truck. awful service and I will never bring a vehicle back to them ever and would recommend taking your own pictures of your dashboard if possible to make sure it shows none of your lights on before dropping it off to them!!!Services: Body & Trim

I unfortunately had some minor body damage to my car and had to drop it at the shop. The staff was so accommodating. Firstly, I was impressed with the efficiency of the drop-off system. The rental car meets you right there, and you are in and out super quickly. They text you updates every couple of days, but the staff was patient when I called in between with questions.I had some extenuating circumstances that made me have to make some special arrangements, and the staff was absolutely great about it. Shout out to Nick, for being super patient and understanding and making the admittedly stressful and unpleasant circumstance much easier! The work was done as promised and my car looks and drives great now.

They really care about their customers. They did a great job repairing the damage after our minivan hit a deer. After that, there was still an issue with the airbag sensors, they listened to my concerns and worked with my insurance to fix. Thank you Kevin!

My wife's car visited there after being rear ended! They did a great job, but it took awhile which is becoming the new normal! They kept us well informed during the entire process! Hopefully we'll never have to go back, but won't hesitate to go back!

Gave me the run around for over a week. Called many times to get updates on my car because they never got back to me. I know all of the reps by name. Anna,Steve and nick. I called too many times to get ahead and the answers I wanted. One of them even told me my car was already being fixed when that was not the case. Would not recommend at all. Ended up just taking my car back because it wasn’t worth the hassle

I don’t understand these positive ratings on here as these folks have been the worst. You leave a message and they don’t get back to you or the person answering the phone has no clue what’s going on. They literally don’t know where your car is at which location which seems odd. We Scheduled work , they took a half deposit on a back order issue and can’t get anyone to call you back.They took in my car, put a big identifying number on the side of the car and after an hour told me someone should have called me as there was a backorder issue . They barely cleaned the number off the side of the car and sent me on my wayService: Body & Trim

Terrific! I got rear-ended and took my car to Gerber. They took time to assess the damage and discuss a plan and promised to make it look like new. To my pleasant surprise, when I went to pick up my car a few days later, it did look like new!Making it look like new means making it look even better than before the accident. They even went above and beyond returning my car to me cleaner inside and out than it was when they got it. Great work! Thank you Kevin & the rest of the crew.I hope and pray I never find myself in another accident for as long as I live but if I do, I'll be sure to go back to the folks at Gerber. I got the run around from them for more than a week. They are polite but very disorganized. I called about repairs for my car. Told that I would get a call back when the parts came in. And that once The parts were in, they would call me to set up an appointment to have my car repaired. I called several times and was told that the parts weren’t in. Then I called again to inquire about the ETA, and was told that I would have to schedule an appointment first and that Parts would be in by the time my car got repaired. But I would have to wait over a months for repairs. The wait was not my issue, it’s that if it took me a week and a half to get several different answers. Who knows how long this will really take. I am a bit upset because I could have already been done with my repairs with drivers village had I went to them first. Instead of wasting time with this place.My initial interaction with them wasn’t so great either. I scheduled an appointment to have an estimate done. I was told that I would have to go through progressive the insurance company. I told the lady at the desk several times that I did not have Progressive insurance. She insisted on explaining to me their progressives policy. I got frustrated, left and a called her from my car. Once I was able to stop the talk about progressive car insurance, I was able to be better assisted. But… I should have walked out and never came back. I wasn’t being heard, in my first encounter. But I did in hopes that my second experience would be better. But it wasn’t.
