the most incompetent workers. called in to fix v-mail issue. They changed my mom number twice. Nope she did NOTask for her number to be changed. her doctors have to call her with heart procedure times and they are unable to reach her, due to the lack of competence! after talking to 10 people no 1 is able to help me to get my number back of 2 years!! no 1 called today with solutions. myself and my daughter have been dealing with there mistake since yesterday at 5pm. RIDICULOUS!! 2 hours yesterday. a total of 5 hours between my daughter and myself today!! runnnnnn they don't care and there incompetent!!

Very friendly staff, but not a wide selection of mobile phones. My phone kicked the bucket, only the text feature, and some browsing work at this time, so I am ready for a replacement. I was favoring Tracfone, but they did not have the model I wanted in their inventory.
