Tried to purchase a vehicle went to test drive it the first time and it was full of junk making it undriveable. Went back out to test drive on the day to pick it up he allowed a friend to borrow it. Wasted over 4 hours, he was rude and very unprofessional.

Unfriendly I was told to wait 15 minutes for Paul get in only for him to tell me 30 minutes later that he couldn't do the job until the next day. A simple tire job.

Now going on 21 Years+++ for MY vehicles alone!!!- FAMILY Business that Roger (son of previous owner who STARTED Business : Waymon) has kept flourishing with his A+++ service of the vehicles that come to the lot.- Henson’s strives to set himself ahead of the competition with ACTUAL Knowledge, Talent, Know-How, and pride in his service.- Each car I’ve owned, and let Roger and his SAME mechanics (virtually ZERO turnaround with his mechanics! : Never had seen ANY of his guys/mechanics get up and ‘leave for a better position or job position’ on him.He has helped me carry these cars well past their loan end dates, allowing me to reap the reward of some equity into newer vehicles, which as most KNOW is almost UNHEARD of in the car world. Replaced my perfectly good radiator and when I drove away from the shop I was still experiencing the same problem for which I brought it...drove straight to another mechanic and was told my engine fan had been unplugged. That's why I was overheating

John who towed my car was very unprofessional and rude. He did not introduce himself for explain what the process was. He literally pulled up while I was still sitting in my car and started attaching the chains to tow. After the car was towed to the garage the people I talked to on the phone and in person were professional. In general as a female I feel like I do not get treated well at car repair places and am afraid I do get overcharged. This place was not exceprional, just did their job I assume. Also the garage is located at the end of the road.
