We had my father transported for a medical procedure. They said to call 20 minutes before we needed pickup. It has been more than an hour and twenty minutes since we called. When we called back, they stated it would be 45 minutes more. Absolutely pathetic service for hundreds of dollars. Appointment at 9:15 am and still waiting at noon, with no end in sight.

My mother was transported from St. Joseph's Hospital to Samaritan in Watertown for Inpatient Cardiac Care.My mother who just had heart surgery and is on double dose Lasik was berated because of an uncontrollable leaking problem due to medication.The driver's exact words were "did you really pee in my van?"Talk about lack of empathy, patient care and just plain human decency. My mother is a prideful, clean woman who is in the most vulnerable situation of her life. Mind you SHE paid out of pocket because this service is only covered by Medicaid not Medicare.We as a family are disgusted.If you love someone, don't send them with this (lack of) service.We WILL be following up with this not only for our mother buy for future victims of this cold-hearted behavior. I'd appreciate an email or follow up from management.

Highland van driver coming 81 northbound 340 August 17th truck number 210 doing 70 to 75 swerving between traffic got off on 690 still swerving between traffic. For non-emergency service sure as hell look like he was having an emergency

Good morning,On Friday 1/27 I was transported from Upstate Hospital to Upstate Community Hospital by Tyler and Kemar. These two gentle are absolutely wonderful. They were very professional and caring. On the ride over we had a very interesting and fun conversation about many things. It was refreshing laughing and talking with them.Keep up the good work Tyler and Kemar. Thank you for making my transport enjoyable.

I have been using your service for several months pick up from rehab to dialysis and back again it’s the same time 3times per week and I often have to wait an hour or more for pick up from dialysis to rehab facility. No one ever answers the phone so I can address this issue

Very unprofessional. I was in another vehicle travelling east bound on route 5 through the town of Camillus NY on April 2nd around 5 PM. Van No. # 207 abruptly changes lanes in front of me. Signals his lane change after he has already started making his lane change. I had to abruptly brake to avoid getting hit. Then he continues traveling east bound doing 60 in a 35 mph speed zone. Zig Zagging back and forth between lanes and tailgating other vehicles. I would never let anyone in my family ride with this company. They are a danger to the public and the state should put this company out of business.

If there driving ability on the road is any indication of the service, I wouldn't let my worse enemy ride with these folks. 206 nearly caused 3 accidents in the 2 minutes I was near them.
