I purchased a few items at the store yesterday, and was never sent a survey via email, but wanted to make my opinions known nonetheless! The store's atmosphere is exactly right for their main demographic, and it is well-maintained as well. Most importantly, I wanted to give props to the delightful staff members working there, who were incredibly friendly and polite as well as being excellent help with selection. Thank you so much to, as the list I was given reads: Bee, Aubz, Kat, and Aly. I will absolutely be visiting again next time I'm in the area. :)

Hot Topic is expensive, but I love the clothing there. The store is a little small, and one may get overwhelmed easily, but the employees are always super friendly and helpful, and it's totally worth it!!

I tried to do the survey but it wasnt sent to my email!! Bee helped me at the store yesterday immensely. I came for jewelry and she gave me her expertise on the guage sizes for nose rings. I was about to choose something that wouldnt have fit for an event I have today. She went above and beyond and gave such wonderful friendly customer service

This really is one of the friendliest stores in the mall! I recently had a load of online returns to bring in, and Bee was super helpful about getting them returned and refunded. Will be returning!

Store was well organized. We enjoyed looking at the funny Holiday sweaters but did not end up making a purchase this time. Store can sometimes feel crowded because aisles are small.
