The vibes of this place felt off the second I walked in. There was a man sitting in the very back, watching the front door. Selection of regular nail polish seems very old. Two pedicure ladies kept saying gel polish over and over even though I kept telling them no regular polish. Lady in pedicure chair next to me kept wincing in pain as her tech kept digging the sides of her toe nail. I asked to leave after I saw that. Had them remove the gel polish I currently had on, to which she had to ask the man in the back permission to do, I was leaving regardless! Charged $15.00 just to remove the gel polish.

Went to this place once a few years ago with my mom and the vibes of the place and its workers was off/weird. It felt like we HAD to get something done or whatever, if you know what I mean. I don't know, the whole vibe/feeling of when I was there getting a pedicure was weird/uncomfortable. It kind of felt like the ladies were forcing/pushing us to get done or whatever and I constantly felt like I was being judged or something. The basis of the review is to share that I had a negative and awkward experience and will not be going back.

Color on sample did not match what was on my nails. Tech tried ripping my old dip nails off with a nail trimmer type gadget then she used a fake long nail (that she found in her drawer) to try and pry under. She did stop when I said that would damage my nail bed and that I needed the acetone to remove them. When I said color not same off by a lot she painted over the 3 nails that she already did instead of removing it.

My sister and I both got gel nails and a regular pedicure, by two different techs and both had a terrible experience. Pedicure was not at all enjoyable. They cut all up the sides of both my toe nails and finger nails and lefts them all sharp and jagged. They left nail polish all over our skin and cuticles. Will not be going back

Asked for a pedicure and was back out the door in 20 minutes. Didn't get to make a selection of what kind of pedicure. Great if you are in a rush.

Their gel manicure service is reasonably priced and long-lasting, with no chipping for two weeks. The UV LED light is comfortable, and the salon is very clean. The staff are friendly and professional, always focusing on their work while keeping the conversation lively.

Clean shop, friendly and enthusiastic staff, good experience. I got a gel manicure with nail extensions, and the results were stunning. The technician was very attentive and skilled. My nails looked beautiful and the polish was applied flawlessly. I would highly recommend.

Please use a different method since that hurt to which I got no response. She has ripped part of my nail going into my nail bed so slightly but it started to bleed. Then on two of my other nails she almost ripped up part of it in the center of my nail. And there's still acrylic left on my nail. I had a appointment since I had a formal event tonight and could not have on fake nails. I'm very disappointed and should've just done this at home
Note - my fingers have oil on them to try and save them just a lil bit

The staff here are very skillful in doing nails, always creating beautiful and suitable nail sets for each customer. I have always appreciated their nail skills and I love this nail salon.

I have been coming to Idol Nails for a mani/pedi once a month for a few years now. The staff is always so friendly and they remember me every time I come in! I feel comfortable and relaxed while here which is important to me in a salon. They always do a great job on my nails whether I am just keeping it simple, or doing something fancy with gel and a fill. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a regular salon!
