“Big shout out to Kate. She is always so sweet and helpful. She remembered me after I got quarters once, and has always been accommodating. I really just keep this account open for quarters and to keep a low balance just in case I need to use a different card, but it's still super convenient to have a branch downtown, since the only other Syracuse location is all the way in Fayetteville and closes early in the day. Great staff, and since the bank is local to CNY I always get great service.”
