J Michael's is an excellent store with amazing customer service! I was treated like a family member while trying to buy new pair of running shoes and exploring new brands for my foot style. I highly recommend this gem. They have many great products including dressy shoes, casual, and clothing just to mention a few. Also a collection of sunglasses. Go check it out.

An amazing store with many options for all, and by far the best customer service I have ever experienced! It felt like family. They helped me purchase my new sneakers and listened to all my concerns. I am happy to say I walked out with my new favorite sneakers.

Ordered a 3One5 shirt online for a Christmas gift, 5 minutes after I ordered I received a personal email assuring me the shirt would be in the mail Monday! Great brands, unique Syracuse items, and excellent customer service!

I cant begin to explain how amazing they are here went in was greeted by a younger gentleman that directed me right to what i was looking for after i found the items i was looking for i was wandering around for one more thing, an older gentlemen greeted me and made a suggestion based of what i had in my hands. it was spot on the gentlemen happened to be john. to have an owner be so involved in his store and the customer experience is truly amazing. i will defiantly be shopping her again. they made a new life long customer.

What a great store you have. I was impressed by Mya and Erick who were very polite and professional with helping me pick out the right winter jacket and accessories. They have an awesome high quality collection of merchandise. The jacket was a Canada Goose and I Iove it, fits perfect and is super warm. Thanks Mya and Erick I'll be back!!??

I was being followed by a store employee because of my race (she wasn't that descrete about it). Every place I was, she was always behind me pretending to arrange clothes. Anyways won't ever be returning. I hope they lose their business
