I came in today, Christmas Eve, because a mistake was made. Windshield washer fluid made its way into the radiator reservoir tank. At first, I was quoted $159, but he said he’d take $40 off. Already leagues ahead of Valvoline. Then, when he realized it was only in the reservoir, he tested it and said it was fine, but could dump the tank and start fresh for only $25. Valvoline would have tried to add several services, not save me money. Kudos to Carlos and your team for putting the customer on top! You have definitely earned my future business.

Went today for an inspection and was honestly surprised at the AMAZING customer service I received! William got me right in and was so kind. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family. They gained me as a loyal customer.

I would highly recommend the Taft Road Jiffy Lube! The techs were quick, professional and personable. If you need an oil change or other automotive work, this is the place to go.

I've been to this location twice since it's been open. The service technicians are great to work with!!! Very knowledgeable and have amazing customer service!!!! This is going to be my preferred place to go to service my car. I look forward to coming back!

My husband needed an oil change and decided to stop here on a whim when we didn’t see a line. I’m so glad we did! Not only did they manage a super fast oil change, but they also did an inspection and replaced a worn out part, all in less than 45 minutes! Plus, we enjoyed frequent updates as we waited first in the car, and then in their nice little lounge. The communication was frequent and appreciated. They were also honest about what they could do, and how much my husband would save by doing something himself. This location isn’t very convenient for us, but we’ll definitely be back- the customer service, speed, and skill make this worth a little bit of an extra drive!

Jiffy Lube provided exceptional service! Went in for an inspection and oil change on a Sunday with no appointment. No hassle, no excuses, no upsell pressure! Free coffee, enthusiastic employees, clean facility, and great customer service! I will be coming back to Jiffy Lube for service on all my cars.
