Reviewing this based on community impact of the parking lot and ATM.
Right next to this bank is a beautiful walkable section of town, while the primary bank building is absolutely nice, the parking lot and ATM make the area feel rather unsafe for pedestrians.
It would be great to see the bank invest in the neighborhood and community by helping expand the walkable section of downtown with additional pedestrian street and walkable shoppe-fronts.

Greg Riley(G.M) was very disrespectful to the teller helping me with my account and by extension disrespectful to me the customer allowing you to use my money. If I more time allotted for my transaction I definitely would've chosen a different bank. He did that thing with the hand That Jamie FoxusedTo do to Braxton all the time on his TV show

Avoid this location if you can, The older female blond teller is always unpleasant and comes close to yelling at you. Ive had her refuse me basic service other branches give with a smile, and i did ask politely. She acts like a mean school teacher and makes you feel like you are walking on egg shells to get your own money. I almost switched banks after dealing with her last time, but the nottingham location is much nicer and very pleasant. Actually, all other key bank employees are very pleasant, It's just this one teller who is so consistently rude and treats customers with condescension. Use the ATM outside and save yourself the hassle of dealing with her.

I went to Key Bank to make sure I had no overdraft fees and they promise me that and then a couple months later I was charged $40. I even called them up and they said there was nothing that they could do so. If I were you I would choose a different bank they nickel and dime the hell out of you?

I lost my key to a safe deposit box and called Morgan to set u a schedule for a magical drill guy to open it for me. I made Morgan aware of the fact that I had trip to Philippines planed coming in a few weeks. I have not heard from Morgan since I tried to call him over a week ago. My trip to the Philippines to meet with my fiance and her sons had to cancelled.

It is important to recognize good service when you receive it. I have been conducting our nonprofit banking with KeyBank and using this downtown location for over a year now. I visit at least twice a month. The tellers and managers have been courteous, helpful, and efficient. The lines have always been short which was not the case at my prior bank. I commend KeyBank for providing such excellent service.
