Extremely bad customer service. The person who got my phone call was so rude with answering my questions and inquiries which wasn’t necessary. I would never want to visit this branch even if it’s the closest one from where I live.

Bloke of a bank teller misgendered me on day 3 of pride month. I wasn’t even presenting masculine at all. I will stay clear of this location going forward.

Worst bank hours. 9-4 m to w til 5 thu & fri and no weekends. Most people work during those hours and calling support is useless because they send you to the branch for everything. Asinine.
