Got here this morning like right now!!! ? Note on door stated permanently closed as of the 19th. Never knew it was closing!!! States on website it's open today as of 7:30 am

Called 4 times to pay my bill today 1/4/23 approximately 3:30pm and hung up on twice. Then put on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on again. The 4th time I was able to get through.The number ending in 3016 was the one I called.

This is the slowest lab I’ve ever experienced. No organization or update on where you are on the list. I just keep adding time and money to my meter. So frustrating. If you can go to another, I’d highly recommend it!
