“I arrived early. My appointment was for 7:40. I arrived around 7:35. I didn't wait very long. Opened my app to read a book and made it though a page and a half I think before I was called back.

There seemed to be an issue with the tubes I was given from my sample drop off (💩) so the gal that called me back had to get another gal to help her. Thankfully I didn't have to get a fresh tube to get more samples to have to bring back.

I was out of there by 7:48. Overall not a bad visit.

I don't like that Quest in general has decided to completely get rid of the reseptionist. It's nice to have someone to talk to if you need to use the restroom, have a question, etc. The decision to have patients walk in a be greeted by a machine that apparently doesn't work to well is not one I agree with.

End rant. After seeing the reviews for this location I was a little worried but everything seemed to run smoothly when I was there. Will update if I have to go back and have a different experience.”

“There’s 2 locations on Irving Ave. 475 (Madison) and 739 (across from Crouse Hospital). Both have different hours of operation, so checking LACNY’s website is better than Google. Staff here has always been super nice and efficient.

Update: This is now LabCorp!! Lab Alliance does not exist anymore.”

“I am seeing Dr. Ingersol and have been for two years. My experience has been itching short of amazing. He is attentive, knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. More then that there is a nurse named Marylynn and what an amazing woman she is. Talk about going above and beyond, I never met anyone like her. She consistently stayed on top of ever issue I was running into a dead end with. When I couldn't get a single endocrinologist to see me that didn't have a 6+ month waiting list she got me in to one in 2 weeks. I never met anyone who advocated so hard for me. I would highly recommend Dr Ingersoll.”
