Was there 3 times for testing and purchasing produce. The first two visits the service was efficient, friendly and very helpful. Third visit I was serviced by someone who identified himself as the general manager. The interaction and service was the worst I've ever experienced anywhere. He was condescending, walked away while talking to me. I said 'I'm sorry I can't hear you' He said 'well come over here'. He was unresponsive to any attempts to discuss my questioning the quantity of product he said was needed for my 15000 gallon pool. I told him I had been in the store days before and was told they were concerned about chlorine lock- now you're telling me to add 6 lbs of shock? He told me no one in his store told me that. I was stunned and hurt to be treated that way. As if I had no value. 9am July 26 -I then took same container of water to another pool store. They tested and suggested 2lbs of shock, after discussing amount of algae in pool and asking a few questions. I then showed them all the stuff I was told to buy including algae out product. Second pool place said it was a strong/powerful product they never use unless pool is greener than the leaves on the tree he pointed to. I spent $16 instead of 100- and felt I had a better understanding of my pools condition. Thank you Cannon pools

I called there to inquire about buying a new pump and filter ready to spend some money a girl answers the phone who sounded like she was taking a nap and I woke her up so I say I need a pump and filter for an 18 foot above ground pool she responds back... Oh that little thingy that attaches to the pool.. i say is there anyone there who knows what they're talking about.. she says no my manager won't be in till tomorrow.. if you work in a pool place answering phones you should at least know the basics of pool parts and what their function is this place will not be in business very long with this going on .. no wonder the parking lot is always empty. I'll just keep going to Cannon. I might pay a little more but it's worth it they know what they're doing and they have been around a long time..LESLIES. SUCK !!!!! Don't waste your money the picture shows a car in the parking lot. Must be the owners car parked there just for the picture

After struggling to figure out the problem with the water in our hot tub, and not getting the help we needed from the store it was purchased from, I took a sample to Leslie’s and figured out the issues and have since addressed them and have sparkling clear water and a plan! It’s a new place and some of the staff is learning as they go with the water chemistry type stuff (as well as myself) but I’ve received more help there- than in the 7 months of seeking help from the store we bought the spa from. It’s been frustrating to get this water chemistry right, but we’re on the right path. Definitely thankful for them!

Stopped by the camillus office today spoke with John the general manager . Very kind , smart knows his products . Was unaware Leslie makes there own products . Looking into liners and new stairs will definitely be back . Welcome to Camillus

Not the most knowledgeable and not friendly at all. Twice I was there and both times walked in to find no employees out front. It seemed like an inconvenience to have me walk in.
