Not good. I think I had someone new. Wanted a French manicure but could not be done because she did not remove all the undercoating. She wanted to please but her skills were not good. Disappointed ☹️

Convenient appt but walking out to a busy day with my feet on fire. Instead of sandals, going home to put first aid cream & white socks on for the day. Polish was meh after I teared up about the pain. I am sad.

I love my nails as always. Mya always do such an amazing job. She ate down every nail set that I gave her. Of course, she is SO YOUNG but truly a professional nail art tech. I have been too many places, I have never met anyone that can do nails and NAIL ART like the way she does. Clean and finest. 5 stars

This is my new fav place to go to get my nails done went there for the first time not knowing what to expect and walked out being amazed. Tina did my nails and she did amazing I def recommend!!! Wasn't that experience for what I got done too.

I’ve been coming here on and off for 2 years. Staff is usually friendly. The last two times the nail tech cut my fingers. She did apologize. But the quality was meh. The shape of my nails were horrible and not what I wanted. I attached what I asked for and what I got

The customer service was lacking, and I experienced a burning sensation when the builder gel was applied. Additionally, the French tips on my nails were uneven, which was disappointing. Overall experience disappointing.

I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to my nails , when I tell you I can’t say anything bad about this place I really mean it . I went to a young lady named Tee and she did an amazing job . Not only did my nails come out exactly like the picture I showed her but the customer service was amazing I will be coming here from now on .

Mya did my nails so well, I wanted her to come back to Florida with me! Every time I visit Syracuse I’m coming back to see her. She was quick and professional. So was sooo sweet and kind. I will be back. I went to 3 nail salons in Syracuse where the people were unkind (the mall by Macys, don’t go there) If you go here, please be kind to the staff. They are amazing and welcoming.
