The best in town! Eric and Michelle know what they're doing! I love the relaxed layed back atmosphere. I don't think their prices to do your taxes can be beat. The bonus? Eric's Dad jokes...lol. Just get on there, you won't be disappointed.

Phenomenal Service they treat you with the up most respect and kind and helpful and on time fast service can not ask for a better tax place in Syracuse NY . I been to so many and my sister Tammy refer me and that was all she wrote this one is the top of the ICE Berg baby. Love them.????

I've been with them for 10 years or more and they are great at what they do, also great personalities, but......this year i dropped off my documents to them around April 9, 2022 and still have not heard from them. I called their office only to hear a message saying the office was only open 1 day, so i took off work, went to their office, waited 30mins. or more and no one showed up. I did this on 2 more occasions and got the same results. I hope everyone is ok health wise, i really do care about them, but i need to either get my documents back or they need to call me and let me know what's the hold up. Its August 8, 2022 and I'm still waiting.

I think they went out of business... we've stopped by, called, emailed and posted on their business page and have not heard back. They accepted our W2 in March and it's now June and we have not heard from them... I had to file through turbo tax before I got in serious trouble! We're done with this place.

If anyone is in need of a great tax company; I am HIGHLY RECOMMENDING this agencyI have been going to the same tax man for 10 years..I pay less than the competitors & get more bank for my buckThey do not have the extra frills like the competitorsI have been referring clients there for 10 years & all of them are repeat customers now

When I was referred to this company, it was one of the best recommendations I have ever received. Long Forms Short Forms has been my "go to" tax preparer for several years, and their knowledge and efficient service are outstanding. The warm, intimate office setting reflects the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the owners. They are reliable and trustworthy, and it would be a challenge to beat their competitive pricing. Would give them 10 stars!
