I visited the Lovesac store recently and, even though I didn't buy anything this time, Maurice made my experience unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain Lovesac's products in detail without any sales pressure. His outstanding service has not only convinced me to become a Lovesac client very soon but also made me feel so valued that I’m considering replacing my AHS set with a Lovesac sectional. We thought we loved this… then the power went out & we reconnected, then the internet went out & again we reconnected, then the sound bar just stopped connecting to the woofer & we reconnected… guess what, they disconnected again and now we got to reconnect again… this review is only for the sound system, in no way is it a reflection of the Destiny locations team!!!

We had an excellent experience with Shefey at the Lovesac kiosk. Although we were familiar with the product, he took time to explain newer options. Shefey was well informed and patient answering all our questions. He never pressured us. We love our new sactional and would recommend it.

We wanted our backroom to have more flexible seating and decided to look in to LoveSac. We were not disappointed! We decided to get the softer of the two cushions but loved that you had options. We had all of our questions answered and were very pleased with how smoothly the purchase went! Excellent customer service, very personable!!!! We can’t wait to enjoy our LoveSac sactional!

Shefey is an amazing employee! And a great representation for Lovesac. He was super helpful stayed almost 45 minutes after closing with us. And helped us via phone and text the whole next day to make sure we got out order in before the deal ended. Shefey, thank you very very much! Guess who can't wait to get their blocks in the mail!!! Can't wait to get our couch. I don't know what you pay your employees but this guy needs a raise!
